We've been involved, as
a partner, in two developments.
The Hammocks is a beautifully wooded cluster of 45 lots on county road
395. Nestled between Seagrove Beach and Watercolors, amenities
include two pools and cabanas and an expansive conservation easement,
a buffer of tulip poplar, magnolias and natural growth flora. A
meandering boardwalk takes you to a primitive bayou where you can
canoe all the way to the Gulf in Grayton Beach,
through lakes and waterways teaming
with fish, crabs, birds and, yes, gators, too.

| Melodia is a small 7 lot gated development off of the beaten path but
close to everything. Located on Eastern Lake Road in Walton County, it
sits on high gorgeous dunes on the Gulf of Mexico. It offers 2 beach
lots and 5 other lots with their own private
beach walkover. On most days, you are the only person on the beach. |
