general “hassle” of taking a project from start to finish...
it's more than
than can squeeze into their
full schedule. We usually have a spec house
underway or in the planning stages for people that fall into this
category. These houses
give us a freedom
that is refreshing. Picking good locations in quality developments is
where it starts. We’ve built several spec homes in Seaside, Seagrove
Beach, The Hammocks and Melodia.
Currently, we are in
the planning phase for a beautiful three bedroom home in The Wild Heron,
an upscale Greg Norman golf development near Phillip’s Inlet. |
